1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and den55 ("den55", "we", "us", "the platform"). 3. Account Registration

den55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on den55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees charged by den55. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. den55 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. den55 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. den55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of individual payment providers.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. den55 may request documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• den55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

den55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general bonus conditions apply across all den55 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses and free spin awards carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of activation. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on den55 — including Slots, Bingo, Live Casino tables, and Sports Betting markets — operate under their own individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or game detail page. The following general gameplay conditions apply platform-wide:

• All Slot and RNG-based Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. Results are fair and independent of previous game rounds.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual player results in any individual session will vary.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round outcome may be voided and the bet amount returned to your account balance. den55's decision on disputed rounds is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on den55. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the platform in place of a human player
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings from known exploits will be voided
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to launder funds through den55 or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to play on your account
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward den55 staff or other players

9. VIP Programme

den55 operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme that rewards consistent play with real PKR benefits. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier progress is calculated based on total PKR wagered across eligible games. Specific wagering thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP page.
• Tier benefits — including cashback percentages, free spins packages, and priority withdrawal processing — are applied automatically at each tier level. Benefits do not carry over if a player's tier drops.
• den55 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and programme structure. Changes to the programme will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• VIP status may be reviewed or revoked if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms, including any suspected abuse of the programme.
